OOLii promotes the ethical and responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities by researchers, customers, or third parties, under the following guidelines:
Act in good faith and for preventive purposes.
Refrain from exploiting vulnerabilities for personal gain or for the benefit of third parties.
Do not access personal or confidential information without authorization.
Do not interrupt services or affect other users.
OOLii undertakes to analyze the reports received and take reasonable corrective measures, without taking legal action against those who comply with these conditions.

OOLii adopts a responsible security incident disclosure approach, aligned with regulatory frameworks and international expectations.
In the event of incidents that may affect the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of information:
Internal response and mitigation protocols will be activated.
The technical and legal scope of the incident will be assessed.
Affected customers will be notified when required by applicable laws (including regulations in Costa Rica, Latin America, the United States, and, where applicable, the European Union).
OOLii may cooperate with:
Competent authorities.
Infrastructure providers, messaging channels, and technology services.
Strategic partners, when necessary for incident management.
OOLii will not publicly disclose sensitive technical information that could compromise the security of the platform or third parties.
