OOLii offers digital services under subscription, usage-based, and prepaid credit models.


Service Modalities and Billing

OOLii provides its services under two clearly differentiated commercial methodologies, which determine the conditions of access, billing, use, refunds, and support:


1. Prepaid Modality

Under this modality, the client purchases messaging credits in advance through the payment methods enabled on the platform, such as credit cards, debit cards, or other electronic payment providers (e.g., PayPal).

  • The purchased credits allow the client to send SMS messages, messages to messaging applications, and other services enabled on the platform, subject to the available balance.
  • Credits do not constitute cash, are non-transferable between accounts, and do not accrue interest.
  • Unless otherwise required by law, prepaid credits are non-refundable once credited to the client’s account.
  • OOLii does not guarantee the indefinite availability of prepaid prices or packages, which may change at any time.
  • The client is responsible for verifying the compatibility of the purchased credits with the services they intend to use.

2. Postpaid Modality (Contract)

The postpaid modality is offered exclusively through the execution of a commercial contract between OOLii and the client.

  • The client will have access to all contracted services, including advanced functionalities, integrations, specialized support, and preferential commercial terms, as stipulated in the contract.
  • Billing will be carried out on a periodic basis (monthly or otherwise agreed), based on actual usage, contracted plans, or previously defined rates.
  • Failure to comply with payment obligations may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of services.
  • Specific conditions regarding refunds, penalties, service levels (SLA), and term shall be governed exclusively by the executed contract.

OOLii reserves the right to evaluate, approve, or reject access to the postpaid modality, as well as to migrate a client from one modality to another in accordance with commercial, risk, or legal compliance criteria.


General Principles

  • Charges correspond to access to, enablement of, and availability of the platform and its functionalities.
  • Digital services are considered rendered once the contracted period has started or prepaid credits have been consumed.

Refunds

Unless otherwise required by mandatory law:

  • No refunds are issued for used credits, completed message deliveries, or service periods that have already commenced.

  • Refunds will only be issued for billing errors exclusively attributable to OOLii or for duplicate charges.

OOLii will evaluate each request in accordance with applicable legislation and may offer adjustments or compensatory credits where appropriate.
